Authentic Nature in Alto Alentejo
When we looking for a prime destination for Walking Tours, our choice has to be the Alto Alentejo, territory cliffs inhabited by brave people, chestnut oaks and valleys, landscapes out of sight and a charm that imprisons our souls.
Walking in this area is to challenge the limits of imagination in the face of sublime landscapes to contemplate.
So we chose Marvão and Castelo de Vide as another Portugal Walking Festival destinations.

ALTO ALENTEJO IS THE CAPITAL OF WALKING TOURS IN PORTUGAL
It takes place in the towns of Marvão and Castelo de Vide in Alentejo, 16-18 October 2015, another edition of Portugal Walking Festival - Alentejo FEEL NATURE. This initiative is part of the promotion of Pedestrian Routes Network of Alto Alentejo and tourist dissemination of this territory by practicing Walking Tours. The Alentejo has a large Walking and Hiking Network Hking spread over several municipalities in quite different places, with different types and degrees of difficulty.
